By accessing or using Resolution Roaster ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Resolution Roaster is an AI-powered personal productivity and goal-tracking application that helps users set, track, and achieve their resolutions and goals. The Service includes:

  • Goal and task management features
  • AI-powered coaching and motivation
  • Calendar integration and scheduling
  • Progress tracking and analytics
  • Mood tracking and journaling

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Misuse the AI features to generate harmful or inappropriate content

5. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-powered features for coaching and motivation. Please be aware that:

  • AI responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate
  • The AI is not a substitute for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
  • Your conversations with the AI may be used to improve the Service
  • We implement safety measures, but AI outputs should be used with discretion

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Resolution Roaster and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service (goals, tasks, notes, etc.), but grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

7. User Content

You are responsible for the content you create and share through the Service. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content does not violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Resolution Roaster, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Any content obtained from the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Resolution Roaster operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
